DoT Orders No Coercive Action on Airtel, Vodafone Idea on Defaulting AGR Dues

On Thursday when the Supreme Court-mandated deadline for Airtel and Vodafone Idea to pay Rs. 88,624 crores in past dues ended, the DoT decided not to take coercive action against defaulters during pendency of their appeals seeking relaxation in the apex court's order.
