Homo juluensis - A New Discover
Homo juluensis is an ancient human species discovered in China. It is known from fossils found in the Julu area of Hebei Province, dating back to approximately 100,000–130,000 years ago. This species is characterized by certain unique anatomical features, such as a larger cranial capacity compared to Neanderthals and modern humans (Homo sapiens). The discovery of Homo juluensis adds to our understanding of human evolution and the diversity of hominin species in East Asia. The species was formally described in the early 2000s, and its discovery has contributed to the ongoing debates regarding the relationships between different hominin species, including comparisons with Neanderthals and Homo sapiens.
